Now we come to Part Four of my FREE special report, “Thinner Through the Holidays by Developing Motivation.”
Many individuals associate exercise with exhaustion or embarrassment. You can change the way you connect this and other things within your mind.
Was there ever a person’s face and immediately feel crummy, a domineering boss or a former flame?
Was there another person who, as soon as you saw him or her, you were in a good mood and felt inspired?
Think about someone you love or have loved, real or imaginary. Now, squeeze your thumb and index finger together as you think about this someone. You should feel pleasure. Now, close your eyes, and take that pleasure, and imagine you are taking a few steps walking out your door, up the street, around the block, and back home again. Now, begin to take more steps. Then, open your eyes.
In a short time, you can train yourself to look forward to taking longer and longer walks each day.
