My goal is to help you think about your thinking — to think about the ways in which your thinking might be creating difficulties for you or others. As we investigate within these next days, you will start to positively change the habits of your mind. You will become more aware of your thoughts. When you do, you will improve.


You will see yourself through the eyes of a detective, searching within the workings of your mind to discover what is going on inside your thought processes. Once you discover some of the patterns that control your thinking, you can take yourself to a new level. You will begin to improve on your patterns of thinking  as you build on your strengths and determine what to keep  and what to throw out from your thinking.


Discover which beliefs are sensible and which are senseless, which are causing problems, which are bringing richness to your life, which are entrapping or limiting you, and which are freeing.
